1. Acceptance

By using SafeClass Shield, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Parent Responsibility

Parents are responsible for configuring monitoring and restrictions appropriate for their children.

SafeClass Shield provides tools but does not guarantee prevention of all unwanted content. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children's online activity.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

Attempt to bypass restrictions or parental controls
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
Use the service for unlawful purposes
Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
Attempt to access or tamper with other users' accounts
Interfere with the service's operation or security

4. Device Control

Parents may remotely:

Restrict internet access (Kill Switch)
Enforce school mode or home mode policies
Manage paired devices
Review activity logs
Approve or deny access requests

Children are notified that monitoring is active and understand that parental controls are in place.

5. Third-Party Integrations

SafeClass Shield integrates with Learning Management Systems (LMS) including:

Google Classroom
Canvas
Moodle
Blackboard

6. Payments

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the app store.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to app store policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Please contact the respective store for refund requests.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

SafeClass Shield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or interrupted service
Content accessed despite restrictions
Third-party platform failures
Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months

8. Termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or failure to pay subscription fees. We will provide notice when possible.

By You

Parents may delete accounts at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all child profiles, device pairings, and activity logs are removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
